What is Soft-washing?
Soft-washing is used in cases where an intensified water flow could damage the particular surface that needs cleaning. Using a lighter, specifically-tuned pressure can prevent surface damage which could void warranties on certain property, and leaves materials such as caulk, wood stains, vinyl layers, and glass intact.

What is Pressure-washing?
Pressure-washing is a higher-intensity wash that will more aggressively remove contaminants (or allergens) such as algae, sediment, fungus, pollen, and grime on surfaces. Typically this is reserved for more solid surfaces such as patios, walkways, asphalt, etc. Buildup of exterior substances on these areas can eventually become health hazards, lead to slip-and-fall incidents, or cause cosmetic/structural damage to your property.
